When I first heard Childhood it took me back to the days of my following the Manchester sound and groups like Inspiral Carpets in the eighties. The music has that era feel about it whilst still be modern and for today

Formed in Nottingham, at the university to be precise by Ben Romans Hopcraft and Leo Dobsen they went the route of many today - by putting demo’s online.

After recruiting bassist Daniel Salamans and drummer Daniel Aiegbo they gigged around the vibrant music scene that is Nottingham. Aiegbo departed 2012 and the band relocated to South London [home to the forming duo] and took onboard Jonny Williams to take over from Daniel.

They performed this year at Rhythms of the world in Hitchin [2014].
